Leak at Euromatik

On 12 December 2025, customer data from French roller-shutter and home-automation retailer Euromatik was exposed in a breach, including names, postal and email addresses, phone numbers, order and contract details, and hashed passwords.

Victim
Euromatik

On 12 December 2025, Euromatik — a French e-commerce retailer specialising in motorised roller shutters, gate and door automation, and home-security systems, with showrooms in the Paris region, Troyes and Orléans — was reported to have suffered a customer data breach.

The exposed dataset was made up of personal and order-related information held on Euromatik's online store. There is no public confirmation of the intrusion vector, but the contents are consistent with a compromise of the e-commerce customer database.

Data categories reported as exposed:

  • First and last name
  • Email address and postal address
  • Phone number
  • Contractual and order data
  • Encrypted (hashed) password

The incident was catalogued by the French breach tracker bonjourlafuite and appears in a year-end roundup of 2025 French data leaks. The number of affected customers has not been disclosed, and Euromatik has not published a public statement; the status of any remediation or notification effort remains unknown.
