Sony's So-net and plala breach exposes about 2.58 million subscriber records in Japan
Sony Network Communications disclosed that an intruder reached the membership database behind its So-net and plala internet services, exposing roughly 2.58 million subscriber records along with the passwords for about 54,000 email accounts and 16 customers' bank details.
